Canon events through the end of First Avenger. Got taken out of the ice by Hydra (vs SHIELD infiltrated by HYDRA). This is not a 'Bucky and Steve swap places' scenario. Unless told otherwise, Bucky still fell unless I'm asked to do otherwise. Also by default, I'm still going to have him found by the Avengers somewhere before AoU and play him _after_ that point so he is playable. Again with flexibility. If you want something else, ask.
Also know I'm not likey to tag out with him, but castmates, cross-canon, assumed CR, your own AUs, whatever are very welcome.
